Join us at this free, online social designed especially for LGBTI+ older people, with a warm welcome to all of the rainbow community and allies.
Expect a mixture of chat, music, and a few other surprises along the way.
This is an opportunity to meet new people, spend time with new and old friends, and share a relaxed and sociable afternoon of activities together.
This event is the second Sunday Social following the Coming Out Ball project. For those who have been part of the Coming Back Out Ball and Social Dance Clubs, join us to be part of the next stage of the journey. For those who are joining us for the first time, we really look forward to welcoming you!
The event will take place on Zoom and you need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to register your interest. When you’ve done that we will send you a link to join the event. We will make sure this is with you in good time, so don’t worry if you don’t receive it immediately.
If you haven’t taken part in an event on Zoom before, let us know and we’ll send you some advice on how to join the event. We’ll make sure we give you plenty of advice during the event too, so everything is clear.
If you have any questions, please call us on 0131 668 8066 or email us at email@example.com.
Sunday Socials will be led by the same team who worked on the Coming Back Out Ball and Social Dance Clubs: Amy Watt, Chris Stuart-Wilson, Emma Jayne Park, Fraser MacLeod, Lewis Hetherington and Lou Brodie. They are run by Eden Court Highlands and Luminate.
Whilst the Sunday Socials mark exciting new beginnings, we will always be in conversation with our friends from the Coming Back Out Ball: All The Queens Men and the National Theatre of Scotland.
