Lottie is an enthusiastic project manager who is passionate about improving access to, and engagement with, arts and creativity.
She is passionate about equality of opportunity and believes that we can all be creative, regardless of our age, background and experience.
As well as her experience in managing arts projects, Lottie has also worked as a creative practitioner, choral director and music teacher. Lottie also runs The Creativity Retreat, which allows people to get away to beautiful locations and get creative, no matter their experience with the arts.
Outside of work, Lottie enjoys getting outdoors with her sausage dog Chip and having newly moved to Scotland, is enjoying exploring new places.
