Preetha Nirmala is a business analyst by profession and a Carnatic musician by passion. Besides her corporate insights, gained from her many years of experience at globally recognised financial organisations, Preetha brings along a strong commitment to leveraging positive influence of art in diverse communities.
Preetha started learning Indian classical music at a very young age and continues to perform in the UK and India. Her latest work was a thematic musical production titled ‘Shakespearean Raga’. She strongly believes that art is a powerful medium to foster a sense of well being and integration across society.
Prior to starting her corporate career, Preetha did her degree in Law and furthered it with an MBA. She calls Edinburgh home and lives in this beautiful city with her husband and daughters.
