Having studied Biological Imaging Kit Martin has worked as a Medical and Police Photographer before working in environmental organisations and community arts. She is by nature, curious; finding beauty in small and often overlooked things in nature.
A photographer who enjoys making images as much as taking them she uses natural elements such as the sun and tide and often works with historical camera-less processes. Kit also experiments with printmaking and making simple books. She loves Museums and has collaborated with a number to hold exhibitions and workshops based around natural history collections.
