Lucy is Head of Engagement at Eden Court Highlands. Her approach is all about creating space for excellence and she has a particular interest in the role the arts can play in rural communities.
Lucy graduated in 2009 with a BA (Hons) in Drama and Theatre Arts. Since then she has worked in the Scottish youth theatre sector and theatre-based learning and participation departments, including Strange Town, Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh International Book Festival, Imaginate International Children’s Festival, Perth Youth Theatre, Edinburgh King’s and Festival Theatre, Youth Theatre Arts Scotland, before joining Eden Court.
Lucy joined Luminate’s board in 2019.
