Spring into Wellbeing

We are taking part in Angus Health and Social Care Partnership’s ‘Spring into Wellbeing’ event at the Saltire Centre, Arbroath, on Saturday, 25th April 2026 (10am – 4pm).

We’ll be joined by local artist Maureen Crosbie, who will be leading art activities for people to try. Visitors will have the chance to make a collage, with all materials provided. Maureen will be on hand to offer guidance and encouragement. This activity is suitable for all ages and abilities.

The event is free to attend and there’s no need to book. There will be lots of activities on offer, ranging from Tai Chi and yoga to workshops on mental health awareness and even a daytime disco. There will also be a marketplace of stalls with the opportunity to meet over 30 local organisations.
